My ac did go out a month before it was time to leave but window units were bought, and they definitely understood the importance of getting everything fixed. Ashley was extremely great in the office. She really understood the importance of getting everything done in a timely manner, I ran into a few problems (not in the apartment), and she took time out of her day to fix it. I did see a bug or two but no mice. I feel like that’s really all in how you live. Y’all know these buildings old as tf! Excuse my language. If I was not moving into my first home I definitely would have renewed my lease. Pool clean. I mean every place has its problems but again it’s how you live. I would live here again.”
