The work was done well at a reasonable price, and even though I was in no position to negotiate they had me on my way within a few hours. Clearly, I didn't have an appointment and they had to go out to get the strut so I thought the service was excellent. While I was there, I overheard one disagreement about an oil change someone said they had scheduled but she was taken care of as well. Reading the other reviews they may have issues being able to schedule things but I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back there if I needed to.”

The oxtail was flavorful and tender! The rice was soft and moist. The plantain was not like mom's, it was tough and dry and the cabbage needed seasoning. Despite the 2 out of 4, I will still go back and get it again because the oxtail was that good!”

Brandon was on time and friendly, and he not only took Covid precautions but he wore shoe coverings while cleaning the carpet. I had my carpet cleaned back in January by a different company and not only did they not have the shoe coverings, they went straight into the cleaning. Brandon explained he was going to vacuum first, then clean, he said that if you go straight to steam cleaning the carpet that any dust or dirt that's there just gets swirled around deeper into the carpet. While he was more thorough, the process only took about an hour to clean my studio. I'd recommend Blue Diamond to anyone needing their carpet cleaned. They're friendly, efficient, and do great work! I'll be a repeat customer when the time comes for it.”
