I see the practice is making a concerted effort to be accessible to its patients. (They simplified the menu options in thr greeting....and answered the phone!) And, having never been seen by Dr. Sussal until today, I'm relieved to be quite impressed with his expertise and his practical, to-the-point medication management style. I walked out of his office feeling heard about my symptoms and I felt I was in the good hands of a competent psychiatrist to address those symptoms. Based on today's experience, I've changed my rating to a four. If they keep this up, I would highly recommended them to new patients.”
