It forced me to get back to yoga because it is the only workout I could do during my injury. I am so glad I found this yoga spot because it is amazing. I tried a Buti class it was hands down my favorite yoga class ever. Very empowering for women and a heck of a workout. I also did their black light Buti class which was super fun. The owner Carol is really knowledgeable and offers something for everyone. It is a really approachable yoga studio and not "stuck up" like many I encountered while living in Arizona. It is my new go-to spot, highly recommend!”
