The camp is beautiful with panoramic views of the Chesapeake bay. The cottages make you feel like you are laying on the beach from your bed you can hear the waves hit the shore. I thoroughly have enjoyed multiple stays at camp Merrylande.”

“What a gem! We were blown away by the atmosphere-- such an elegant place in the middle of nowhere. Sophia is a great server and made our experience fun! Her recommendation of the cow and duck burger was on point. The flavors were incredible. I had the scallop puntanesca special. The scallops were seared to perfection and there were 6 of them! My wife and I loved it here! It's pricey but well worth it.”

“The only issue I have with this area (not the only hotel to have this issue) is the water pressure isn't very good. From what I've heard, it's some kind of gov't water mandate. Other than that, this place is a serene piece of Heaven. It's quiet, beautiful, serene and inexpensive. The people that work there all seem nice. The natives, however, are snobs. My family wasn't there for them, so it's whatever about that. We're definitely making this a regular place. Maybe once a month or more. Love, love, love.”
