“pretty good graphics, no fps dips runs at a solid 60 fps on my average brain. the storyline is immersive but is pretty boring; lots of stretched out cutscenes. combat mechanics are really realistic and if you fail there are real consequences like you cant rejoin. it lags every once in a while but you get used to it.”

“This is a dusty old feed mill with the best prices around. A lady named Star runs it. Best to be respectful and mind your manners or she will let you know. Great place. Don't come in like it's a tractor supply Or southern states. Get what you get and get out. Fresh local incredible feed.”

“Amazing hospitality! Scott and his wife will take care of you. Very nice facilities, plenty of land for out-of-water drills/practice, and a put-in right next to the creek. They hosted us for our WFR course and were wonderful. Lots of local knowledge about the area and Antietam Creek!”

“Nice short visit at McClelland's headquarters during Antietam. Was a hospital after the battle. Just an FYI, if you are going to the barn, you need to enter it to the right from the parking lot. From the house you should try to enter from the back but it is pretty steep.”

“I wanted to second Dan's post in that the food was great for all 3 of my stays. I attended a 3 part workshop at Blue Mountain and each time I looked forward to coming back for the amazing location and for the food which is provided by the Beth. She was the best possible host and I found the accommodations to be clean, relaxing, and all around a great experience.”

“The Federals built gun emplacements on Maryland Heights. The 30-Pounder Battery, also known as the Six-Gun Battery, was dug in October, 1862. Its fire covered the tops of Loudoun Heights and Bolivar Heights. The work had four sides but was open to the rear. And a 100-Pounder Battery was located on the crest of Maryland Heights between the Stone Fort and the 30-Pounder Battery. --Earl Hess”

“The Federals built gun emplacements on Maryland Heights. The 100-Pounder Battery, built in June, 1863, had a 9-inch Dahlgren whose fire could cover nearly everything – Loudoun Heights, the valleys east and west of Maryland Heights, and Bolivar Heights. It was located on the crest of Maryland Heights between the Stone Fort and the 30-Pounder Battery. The Dahlgren piece was replaced with a 100-pounder Parrott in August, 1863, and the gun platform was raised to provide a wide traverse of fire. -- Earl Hess”

“Beautiful, but slightly boring walk along Potomac River. Flat surface is a welcome change from AT Rollercoaster in South and South Mountain up North - nice break for your feet. Not much shade, so hiking there in summer requires plenty of water. Depending on your direction, Canal Path starts/ends in Harpers Ferry - a cool destination by itself.”

“We had the best experience with Dorsey’s. Their workers were amazing! We had new carpet installed in 3 rooms. They moved the furniture, put everything back in 2 days and cleaned everything up. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend :)”
