  I hired All OC K&B for a shower remodel for my guest bathroom after several contractors had either turned me down or neglected to respond (the job being "too small"). This was our first home renovation experience, and working with Katrin and team went as well as I could have hoped it to go!
  PROS
  - extremely responsive
  - provided really good design advice when it was needed (whether asked for or not), which I am now grateful for
  - creative problem solvers
  - dedicated to great customer service
  - kind, trustworthy, and professional team (including subcontractors) who truly care about the quality of their work
  - fair and accurate estimates on budget and timing
  The only negative was that there was a LOT left to clean up after the job was done, but I think they came back to the house 2 or 3 times to make it right. I highly recommend this team, and look forward to working with them again on my next project!

  I can't say enough about what a class operation this is. We started by replacing all of the windows in the home, and then did a complete kitchen remodel, and all new floors. Brian (The owner) & his subcontractor Raul (owner of Cover Contracting) were part of every step. They were personally involved in all aspects. They came to design and measure what we wanted on day one. They made suggestions, and thought of many details that we did not think of. As time went on, Sharon was also a huge help with picking out counter tops, back splash and other details. As with the end of every renovations, there are little things that need to be addressed. (A very small list for all that we had done.) They were handled very efficiently, and to my specifications. I had several people bid on the project, and none of them had good follow through, except this team. The price was fair and done beautifully!

  Bought a condo in OC. Worked with Brian Flurer at OCKB to both identify a general contractor, but also pick out new finishes for the place. OCKB (Sharon and Brian) worked closely with our contractor and delivered all finishes based upon the deadlines provided by our general contractor. Their showroom is a one stop shop for kitchen, bathroom, and appliance selection. I really enjoyed working with Sharon and Brian and am very thankful to have found OCKB to ensure my long-distance renovation went smoothly. Highly recommended!
