He explained in full detail of the service I needed and the price. He answered every question that I had with professionalism and patience. My second visit was with Derrick. My car just off on me. He e planned everything that could be wrong even quotes some prices if that was the problem He also said "let's just wait and see". Fortunately it was none of the high prices fixes. I called and checked on the car quite a few times and each time he gave me an update with professionalism and patience. At the time of check out, the cashier was quick and accurate in the price she asked if I had any questions and she thanked me for doing service at Academy Ford.
