She has always been so passionate about designing and I’m so happy to see that she has chosen it as her career. “Rooster Vane Gardens continually provides incredible flower arrangements time and time again. We have gotten flowers from them for years, for weddings, for funerals, for birthdays, and every occasion in between. Denny and his team create overly BEAUTIFUL arrangements, and go out of their way to construct very meaningful pieces. We just say things such as "he loved gardening and getting his hands dirty" and the flowers showed up in an antique wheelbarrow with a small windmill sticking up from it. I always just say I am looking to spend X amount of dollars and give them an idea of what I am looking for and let them work their magic. I will never buy flowers from anywhere besides Rooster Vane ever again.”

“Hiring Ann’s Gardens was by far the best decision I made while planning my wedding. The entire team were professional, creative and friendly. As a landscape architect and hobby gardener I knew I was going to be picky about my floral vision but Laurie Ann was with me every step of the making any changes we asked for and making my entire vision come to life. She worked with us to keep our vision as close to our budget as possible. The arrangements were gorgeous and I had so much fun planning everything out with her. She even created us a custom chuppah transport to transform our head table into something out of a fairy tale. The team went above and beyond to set everything up! Since we were going directly on our honeymoon, one of my biggest worries was what to do with the flowers after the wedding, but she even took care of that donating them to a local nursing home! “I love Harris Teeter. They have a great seafood department. What I truly love is when you sign up for their loyalty card they send out weekly emails of all the specials for the week in the store but what sets them apart is the way they advertise the meat department. They showcase the fisherman of the week and give you a background of who caught the seafood that’s on sale for the week, where they seafood was caught and the pictures are very vibrant and well done! In today’s technology world they get an A+ for taking their marketing to the next level and making it something people can no only become informed about but have a clear understanding of where the food is actually coming from.”
