“The conference suite was great as far as room for what it's intended for. The hotel has not been upgraded in a while and the carpet, tiles, and other areas have definitely seen better days. There was a fair amount of little critters sharing the hotel with me: A couple of spiders in room and a little roach in the elevator. The sofa bed was very worn and my sister was very uncomfortable and she woke in quite a bit of pain. The bedding for the sofa bed was non existent and we had to call and go down to get it. They spent several hours looking for a cot for her instead. Even though things weren't updated, the rooms and hotel was clean. The breakfast was VERY good. I will say that the service was phenomenal! The staff was very attentive and very quick to greet, accommodate, and see to my every need. They go above and beyond and made you feel like you were a valued and repeat/well known guest the moment you arrived until departure. The staff made this experience worth every inconvenience! The hotel is well situated so that you feel like you are out of the hustle and bustle, but has everything you could want within 2-10 minute drive and just about everything you could want within walking distance. I would suggest making sure that you have enough blocks or that you have a power strip that accommodates charging ports for electronics. That was the 1 main inconvenience that was easily fixed with a purchase.”

“The facility was clean and comfortable. My technician was fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable and was very patient with trying multiple CPAP masks that I could handle sleeping with through the night. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes to generate the reports for your Doctor to place the order for your CPAP equipment. I have been waiting 12 days for my report and only once it is received can I schedule an appointment with my Doctor to prescribe the equipment. It may end up taking me a month to receive my equipment at this rate. Apparently there is only one person that writes the reports and they are only there part-time. If you are like me and your OSA is in the extreme range and every night of sleep causes extreme anxiety I would recommend asking the sleep center for their standard practice of returning these reports before scheduling your appointment. In my opinion extreme OSA Patients should receive expedited service to ensure the their well-being.”

Clint Woo is one of the best. He is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. His ability to treat me at my home has been extraordinary and, in the long run, less expensive than working at another location. When we’re together for an hour he spends 100% of the time with me, probably equivalent to 2- or 3-hours’ worth at another location. “I have always been very happy with my service at Ken Ganley Nissan. The only thing that I was not 100% happy with is that I did want my tires rotated but they said that the technician decides weather or not they need it. They said there was no additional charge for the rotation in the price of the oil change, but it was not done. I just feel if it was part of the oil change and I asked for it to be done that they should have done it. Once again I have always has good experiences servicing my car at this store and I will continue to use them.”
