Management deals with violations of lease agreements in a timely fashion within the constraints of the law. I have not had to deal with loud noises and so forth, and, have a good rapport with my neighbors. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, various virtual games and social gatherings have been made available. Granted, there are financial matters that crop up for businesses these days, but, the management has done the best they can. Living here was a very good choice for me.”

“I've been here for almost a year now and this place exceeded my expectations. This is the third place I've rented and I can say it's the best. Very clean upon move in, easy to communicate with staff, clean facilities., and maintenance is great. I feel very safe with the safety features (key fob) and I don't have a problem with any neighbors being loud. A huge bonus is the Cobu app where residents communicate (ask questions, find pet sitters) and they post fun trivia/contests where you can win gift cards! The windows are huge and very good at blocking street noise. I was lucky to be on the side with a really nice view with lots of greenery. Overall I feel very lucky I found this place even remotely during COVID and would continue my lease.”
