“We were experiencing an issue with our A/C at our business. I called several company's and Universal was the only to answer the phone. Others eventually called back but several hours later. Universal told me they could have someone out the same day and gave me a time slot. The Technician arrived early and within a few hours determined the problem and ordered the parts. The next day I received a call the parts came in and they were coming right out to replace. The technician also provided advice on a few things to make sure the unit was operating optimally. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I will call them again if we ever experience other issues with our system. “We realized late yesterday evening we had a European Hornets Nest in our drywall inside our home. I was told to call Pest control Monday morning. Obviously I did not want to wait with two small children in my home. So today I happened to come across this gentleman on Google search. He called me back immediately and was here within a few hours. He was in and out in an hour and completely killed and removed the entire nest. He fogged one last time before sealing up our drywall just to be safe and disposed of the nest.
