Once it was controlled, we moved to quarterly for maintenance. The crew has been extremely professional every visit. I don't know how they spend all day crawling around in basements and they still have a bright white, clean shirt on when they knock. The process - from an initial quote using our drawings, to on-site measurements, and finally the actual installation, went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the quality of the materials and the completed project. Prices were very competitive and there was no pressure to add additional stuff we didn't need. Emily's installation team are experts and professionals. They arrived at the scheduled time and completed the entire project, from removal of the old wood counter top, to the installation of the new counter top and sink in a speedy & very efficient manner. I had some initial concerns regarding the weight of the new granite top on the existing wooden cabinets. The installers knew exactly how to deal with this and added some additional wall bracing around the sink cabinet -- the result -- the cabinets now appear stronger that their original condition. “After an appliance store kept pushing off my delivery date for my freezer and I wasn't sure I'd receive it before Rosh Hashana, Meir at Town Appliance came to the rescue! He helped me buy a freezer over the phone (because I couldn't make it to the showroom in Owings Mills next to Aldi). His price was significantly LOWER than than the other appliance store and he had a freezer delivered within 5 days (during the pandemic) when other companies have a 1 -6 month wait. Meir helped me find a freezer that is slightly bigger (than I had selected at the other appliance store) which is better for my family, patiently went over the measurements so we'd be sure that it would fit in our tight space, and discussed all costs so I wouldn't be surprised by hidden fees...and this amazing customer service was BEFORE we realized that years ago he was in yeshiva with my husband! Since Town Appliance is a frum company, they know what we need in terms of Shabbos modes for appliances, so when our old refrigerator finally breaks, I'll be sure to call him again! I regret not calling him months ago while we've been without a 2nd freezer this summer.”

“My dryer was on it's last legs and my repair man said it would cost too much to fix. So we decided to go ahead and replace both washer and dryer. We were looking for a Maytag this time and found a nice set at Home Depot, but Harper's matched the price and had them in stock. Two days later they were delivered. Sadly during the installation my plastic hot water hook up broke and water was everywhere. Even though the piece was 30 years old and brittle Harper's soon had a man out to fix the problem and finish the installation without charge. It was strange that the sale was all on the phone with Covid, I am glad that it is a local family owned business that was there and quickly took care of the problem as well as having someone to call if there is a problem in the future. Today we used the pair and they both worked great and hopefully will for a long time.”
