They are trustworthy and fantastic. I found the fan I wanted but it wasn't in stock anywhere. Through a google search found Dan's Fans. Called the store - they didn't have them but were able to give me a window of arrival time. I don't know who I spoke with but he couldn't have been more helpful. Also helped me understand whether or not I needed an extension for the fans based on the height of the ceiling. I purchased over the phone. I received the fans as promised. They are perfect.”
