“After several false starts in finding a local company to clean the ductwork in my home, I decided to give Servpro a try. Servpro had already cleaned my carpets several times in the past. It turned out that the particular firm had gone out of business, but there was a newer one in the same office park. I was able to have the confidence that comes with dealing with a local firm face-to-face. On the appointed day, the owner came first to scope out the job. The work crew then arrived on time. The two gentlemen in the crew were courteous, efficient, and respectful of my home and furnishings. They proceeded to clean the vents, return, and AC coils quite skillfully and thoroughly, while dealing with the difficulties posed by the downflow furnace and AC system. They were well-equipped with everything needed to do the job right. I was completely pleased by the service and found it to be well-worth the fee that was charged. Everything was done in a straight-forward way with no attempt to jerk me around or to sell me up to unneeded additional services. I shall look forward to doing business with this local Servpro outfit again and will recommend them to neighbors.”
