“I’ve been living here two months. Overall it has been a positive experience. Signing the lease and all other paperwork was completed online and was fairly easy. The front staff office are very helpful and courteous, they have gone out of their way several times to help me with logistical requests. Both maintenance requests I submitted were resolved within 24 hours. The maintenance manager has been very helpful. The amenities are very nice. My apartment is in perfect shape. You can hear noise from other apartments, but no more than previous apartments I’ve lived in. They transitioned to a new management company just as I was moving in. There have been a few bumps in this process, a lot of which has been resolved. There has been a number of emails detailing what we are not allowed to do and the penalties if we do. Not much else in the way of communication. The rent and utility fees are very expensive for the size of the apartment.”

The community is well kept and safe, maintenance is super quick to fix any issues and are very nice, and our townhouse has been exactly what we need. The patio is so big we that we have been able to fit a full outdoor dining and conversation set which is very nice now that it is warm out. The huge storage closet under the stairs is also a huge plus for storing decorations, extra cleaning supplies, out door stuff, etc. It may not have a bunch of fancy amenities but they spend their money where it matters and truly make it a nice place to live.”
