“DHC is on the pricey side charging $200 an hour for two people. I doubt each employee was even getting half that plus $75 for a service plus $200 for materials. Twice they left for supplies taking an hour total and I was of course charged for this trip. When I booked I was told they would come ready to repair. Besides the pricing the employees were professional and courteous. They let me know what the issue was and where the leak was coming from which was a tear between the room and chimmeney. In the end, the work seemed of high caliber and everything was found fixed from the year, to the moldy wood, to the leak stain on the ceiling, and they cleaned up very well. We’ll see how well there work is when the next storm hits.”

“I originally contacted Southernwood Roofers for a roof replacement job in July 2018. The rep, Jesse, was extremely professional and explained the process in a way that made me comfortable. I did not get the roof install right away. I interviewed three other companies in the next few months. Although pricing was similar, we just didn't get the professionalism and assurance with the other companies. Jesse and Samantha kept in touch and eventually I met Ralph. Ralph was extremely personable (and he rides motorcycles!). He became my company rep and provided me full service for my roof install. The replacement was flawless... the materials were delivered as promised; the installation team arrived earlier than expected the next day; the job was completed without a hitch; and my yard was cleaned to perfection afterwards. From the moment I sent the initial email to the moment he swung by wasn’t more than two hours. He spent an hour with us walking thru our home and basically giving us a Levitt House 101 course. No leak, but we now have a better understanding of our home and a list of things to look for and plan moving forward. We will be executing that plan moving forward and will keep coming back to him for future projects. Anybody with a Bowie home, Levitt especially, should call this company.”
