The day the team showed up, the supervisor, Ray introduced himself to me and explained what would be happening from start to finish. He told me to feel free to ask any questions during the process. I needed additional materials and Ray explained why this was and offered to show me pictures. The materials arrived immediately. The team was incredible. Once they started working they just kept going at it and finished by the end of the day. They cleaned up the entire space ensuring no nails or materials were left on the ground.
