Both visits, the managers on duty were very nice and accommodating . Some of the items seemed a bit pricey for the quality , however, I am pleased with my purchase. “For the fifth consecutive motorcycle purchase in a row Pete's Cycle has come through for me. There are three motorcycle dealerships much closer to me than Pete's Cycle but none of them compare. It is a shame that I have to drive an hour to get to Pete's and bypass the three closer dealerships to get a fair deal. Matt is a phenomenal sales person who is to be commended for his customer service. Matt facilitated making my Honda Goldwing purchase on 6/30/2020 painless. A particular dealership that is a few miles from my house is the absolute worse. Upon entering the establishment rarely have I ever been properly greeted The sales people often respond to inquiries as if you are bothering them. Pete's has always been fair and have taken some of my trade-ins that the other dealership, which will remain nameless, indicated was an impossibility. Thank you Pete's Cycle Staff and especially Matt, who has mastered the art of customer service.
