“I called in to see their availability for a "simple" black line design. Pat was able to get me in later that day and did a phenomenal job. My tattoo is basically healed at this point and the lines are crisp. We ended up going slightly larger than I first anticipated because of the design but it was a great call. He was also very professional but made the overall experience comfortable and pleasant. The shop was clean and organized. I was very impressed and will be continuing to go back for my future tattoos.”

“Excellent customer service both in person, and over email. Storage units spic and span (clean). Great prices when you first rent a space (free first month, and pretty good thereafter). Be aware though prices go up after the first 6 months by almost 15%! But that seems to be true for all storage places. One concern though... the exit gate seems to be left open too much, and it is in a bit of a shady area. I don't advice women to go there after dark unless gate is locked up! And other people tend to piggy back in to entrance gate with their vehicle. They aren't supposed to but they do. Would like to request that everyone needs to enter their code in the drive through gate, in order to be able to get into the building. That ought to help solve that problem! If it wasn't for that I'd give a 5 star!”
