I was expecting a nightmare lasting until early next week since I didn't call them until around 10:30 on a Friday morning but to my surprise they had a slot for me immediately. Dropped the car off and received a call about an hour later with what the problem was, an estimate much lower than I was anticipating, and they had it repaired before the end of the day. Overall very pleased with their fast service, courteous staff, and fair prices. Will definitely be going back for future repairs.”

He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and even adjusted his schedule to replace our faulty hot water heater so we wouldn't have to go all weekend without. They installed the heater while my wife and I where at work and the install process was a breeze. They cleaned up the work area perfectly and we now have plenty of hot water again thanks to Steve and Blue water plumbing.
