I was able to make it to the store 15min before they closed and the staff was so incredibly understanding and very friendly! They changed all of the strings for me (it was long overdue) before they closed and only charged me the cost of the strings! I wont go anywhere else for our instrument needs!”

“Great first time visit! This store was a one woman show from washing, grooming, to cashier and she made it look effortless. When you arrive, there are two sets of doors, a double door and a single door on the left. Make sure to use the left one and ring the doorbell to be let in. Once inside, you'll be greeted by dog foods and supplies to the front and the wash and groom center past an open door to the right. You have the option to wash your dog yourself or have it done for you at one of the four available dog wash stations. We opted to wash our dog ourselves and were give two aprons and towels. Because it was our first time at a dog wash, she showed us how to use the machine. Make sure to bring your own shampoo or conditioner, but if you don't they have some available for purchase. Personally, she went above and beyond when she handpicked a shampoo for us with flea and tick after we mentioned heading to a national park and took the time to call us shortly after leaving when she noticed we forgot our dog brush. The total cost of a wash, shampoo, and extra flea and tick application came to a total of $40 which is extremely reasonable. The only reason I didn't give this place a 5/5 was because everytime I left to get something I had to ring the doorbell to be let in and it was extremely hot that day. However, once she noticed my frustration, she unlocked the door for me to make it easier on me.”

“One day my PC randomly died and would not turn back on. I looked around for PC repair shops, and specifically one that would come to me for the repair. I stumbled across RoaTech and gave them a call. They were able to come out the next day and help me diagnose the issue. They picked up my PC, fixed the issue, and returned within a few days. I cannot say enough good things about David and RoaTech, and really appreciate the work they did. I will absolutely be using them again for any tech needs I may have. I would 100% recommend!”

“Super late review but I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! Easy to work with, great prices, and very professional! We actually had a bit of a pet crisis during the move. My cats escaped the room they were locked in and the movers were helpful in trying to herd them. All my new bedroom wood furniture arrived perfect (in addition to everything else!). They were wonderful and I plan on using them again soon!!!”

She's very easy to talk to, she listens and interprets very well, she also gives homework, things you need to do for your relationship, and this was extremely helpful. We have not seen India in several months because The Haven Center stopped taking our health insurance, (this was heart breaking to us) otherwise we still would be seeing India! If I could we would give India 5 stars and The Haven Center 4 stars because they stop taking our insurance.”

“My daughter went to Norwood Park Preschool for 1.5 years, from when she was 2.5 to almost 4 years old (Jan 2017 - June 2018). It's been a great experience for her - she frequently chatters about her school friends and teachers with excitement. I especially love that the kids spent a bunch of time outside in the park, both for free play and guided exploration/lessons, as well as all the occasions that they do arts/crafts - making turtles from recycled materials, or mobiles from branches and yarn, etc. The teachers and supporting staff are young, energetic and very calm when setting expectations and enforcing guidelines with the kids. (They also all speak Spanish fluently, which has been great for our spanish speaking diplomatic families, whose kids experience a gentler language transition to english). I think the school has some space for improvement in the area of administrative organization. Part of the school operations are run by the School Board - an annually elected board from the school's parents. So the effectiveness of operations depends on how available and engaged the parent volunteers are, as well as the strength of their organization and leadership skills. So sometimes, the school operations are just good enough - a lot of things get organized and done, but many at the very last moment. For 2018-2019 academic year, the school board is composed of some powerhouse individuals - I expect them to bring a lot of energy, initiative and leadership to their work. :)”
