No break-ins, no pests, no maintenance issues. People of a different mindset kept their distance. One must be observant and watchful!!! My main concern was the dirt and lack of grass around the home. No deal- breakers though. The floor plan was great; just enough room for the family. My 2-year tenure was intentional and purpose-driven.
