I've had 2-hour conversations with them on planetary imaging and backyard observatories and watched them thoroughly explain to happy New Celestron 8SE owners everything they would need to know to use their new telescope that evening. It was a 35-40-minute demonstration the new owners soaked up. One of the few remaining brick & mortar, full-service telescope stores in North America, I am extremely lucky to have them less than 30 minutes from my house. If you are just thinking about buying a telescope or starting out in the hobby, you would be remiss not to start here. If you just like telescopes and want to see an amazing assortment of them on a showroom (museum) floor, you are in for a treat. Great guys, great place.”
