It's not quite as personal as I'd like (example-you go online to schedule parent teacher conferences). But, every interaction that I've had the the faculty has been very pleasant. The teacher responds to my emails very quickly, and worked with me very well when my daughter started having issues with her peers, and we resolved the issue before it became a problem. There are plenty of after school activities , many of them free-play so my daughter has many opportunities to play with her peers freely.”

They followed up with orthopedics to ensure she got an appointment as soon as possible (within 2 hours of my calling for help! ... she ultimately needed a surgery). I then returned 10 days later with illness of my own and multiple members of the team remembered her case, inquired about how she was doing and got me treated quickly and professionally. “Went on an easy hike with a friend this afternoon. It’s a nice park because it links up to two other parks actually. So if you finish this trail you can try to explore several others in the adjacent parks. I saw family riding their bikes, dog walkers, runners, and regular walkers like myself. The paved trail does have some unpaved paths as well but I didn’t explore them personally. If you are looking for a peaceful water feature walk please check out this park! I’ve been twice so far and it’s been great.”

“My husband was one of many who needed emergency placement when his nursing home had an explosion and it will be closed about six months for construction. Villa Rosa opened a wing to 20 some people in the middle of the night. They have strict COVID rules with visitors being tested before coming in. The food looks good. They do the laundry. We are included in 'care' meetings. The only thing that bothered us is spilled food not being cleaned off the floor for hours. Would I recommend you send your loved one here? Yes.”
