“Pascal repaired damage done to our wood bed frame during a move. He was prompt, professional and communicative and his work was so good you couldn’t even see where the wood had been damaged. We were so happy with the work that we kept his info and reached back out when we wanted to restore an old coffee table that really needed some tlc. Again Pascal provided clear communication about our options and even gave me the opportunity to come out to the shop to review finish colors in person. The process - from an initial quote using our drawings, to on-site measurements, and finally the actual installation, went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the quality of the materials and the completed project. Prices were very competitive and there was no pressure to add additional stuff we didn't need. Emily's installation team are experts and professionals. They arrived at the scheduled time and completed the entire project, from removal of the old wood counter top, to the installation of the new counter top and sink in a speedy & very efficient manner. I had some initial concerns regarding the weight of the new granite top on the existing wooden cabinets. The installers knew exactly how to deal with this and added some additional wall bracing around the sink cabinet -- the result -- the cabinets now appear stronger that their original condition.
