“First thing first Hayes racing has nothing to do with Extreme cycling motor sport. They do not handle any sales of atvs or dirtbikes we do. We are two entities in one building. Now that parts out of the way we have no reason to trying to get over on any bikes we have a lot of them. We where willing to work out a trade with the Individual they describe the bike to be in a certain condition that the bike was not in. The bike was a older model bike which we knew. We where told the bike had 16 hours on it and was in great shape. Once they arrive they came in did a Inspection on the dirtbike all the way around check all bearings check for all leaks fork seal and all found nothing wrong with the bike we had listed for sale. Then we went out side to do a inspection on the bike they had And I started noticing thing was wrong with the bike as we where taking it off of the truck . Start the bike notice the neck bearing where going bad . Bring that issue up to them they tried tell me a story that made no sense. Mind you I deal with dirt bike and atv every day . Second thing the rim lock the holds the inner tube and tire in place was hanging out of the tire. I ask did the change the tire there self they said no a shop did. Third thing I asked did they had a title the said no they can right a bill sale. I told them I would be taking to much of a lose if I did a straight trade I told them I had a customer willing to buy the bike at my asking price if the bike was in the condition they told me it was in and I was not able to do the trade. Never asked for cash not one time. I truly believe they just are mad because they thought they was coming to trade a bike with some one with no knowledge on bikes and they was going get over. @Dave Glovier and his son contact us three different occasions on three different bikes. We never knew we where dealing with a juvenile because we would never work out deal with a minor if we would knew wouldn’t not happen and with the father knowing the son is doing a trade 3 and half hours away any average adult would Contact the person or business my child is doing business without make sure they are Legit be for I drove that distance so I know we are on the same page. To make sure we have a understanding. Once again transaction had nothing to do with hayes racing they came to purchase a bike from Extreme cycling motorsports. Have a Blessed day”
