The other thing I liked about this service is that you are prompted to enter your background information prior to your visit with the doctor so when you arrive they know who you are. Lastly this service is very fast, I had an appointment within two days and because the doctor was familiar with my background it did not take much time. I would recommend highly especially if you are looking for fast, easy service. The doctor I met with was friendly and professional. “We had such a great experience with Beth. After I had made an appointment at one of them fancy lice treatment centers who ended up being a no call no show I was in a panic. I immediately jumped on my phone found Beth and read all the amazing reviews and decided to give her a call. I’m so glad I did!! She was so nice an understanding of my situation . I had told her what had happened with the previous treatment center an she calmed me down an immediately asked how she could help. She was able to see my daughter the same day and we drove to her shop. We had never dealt with lice before so I had no clue what I was doing. Not to mention my daughter has a TON of thick hair . When I first found out she had them I used an over the counter treatment an the nit comb that comes with it was a joke I couldn’t grip anything. Beth was so friendly to my daughter she made her nice an comfortable, and with one swipe of her comb was able to determine she had lice. She treated her and did such a great job . She really took her time and made sure we left there with no active lice. The entire time she was doing my daughters hair she gave me the tips and tools i needed for home cleaning as well as how to perform the treatment myself. She also checked me an my husband to make sure we were in the clear. We left that shop in such relief an felt like we could finally get back to normal life. I really believe that fancy shop that flaked on me happened for a reason and this was a blessing In disguise. If you need help call Beth I promise you won’t regret it. I just can’t say enough good things about our experience. Thanks again Beth for being so amazing to our baby girl and our family.”

“The name Blue Ribbon speaks for itself. A friend had repairs done at this location. I knew she was very particular about her vehicle. I knew there was a possibility that I may have needed major repairs, so I decided to give them a try. I had a leak that was causing smoke to billow out of the engine area of the automobile. I was hoping it was not a costly repair, but I knew it was a great possibility. I contacted the shop, Steve scheduled me a week out because they were very busy. Once they test drove the car, Steve contacted me to explain the problems. He was very thorough and detailed in his explanations. He spoke in a calming tone and wasn't condescending or using scare tactics to get me to get the work done. After telling me about the primary problem and solution, Steve told me about a secondary problem that needed to be done but it was of no urgency. He only recommended the service since it would need to be done in the near future. Once I agreed to have all of the work completed, I appreciated the fact that Steve took additional time to explain the repairs prior to and after they had been completed. He even showed me the old parts and walked me to my vehicle opened the hood, removed the engine cover and showed me the parts that had been replaced. To sum it up the repairs were more than I expected. I did not receive the mixed feelings I get when receiving service from the dealership. The logic of doing everything while the car was already being repaired and they were working in that same location made sense. The cost was reasonable and I was assured that the work had been completed. Overall I am completely satisfied with the repairs and the customer service from this establishment. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.”
