The maintenance staff have been very responsive and have provided great service. I've had a great experience so far and would like to give a shout out to the friendly staff such as George Fortaboh. He along other staff have provided stellar service. The only suggestion that I have as an improvement to the current maintenance system is to send a text message or email as a heads up for when we should be expecting the staff. “I have been coming here for 4 years now. The staff is so much friendlier than at my last Capital One Bank in Upper Marlboro! Rosa, the bank manager never fails to greet me when I walk in the door, unless she is busy, and all of the tellers are very polite, efficient, and personable. I do miss the coin counting machine, but I understand that the maintenance completely swallowed any profits they made from non-Capital One customers. The auxiliary staff are very competent and do their jobs quickly and professionally. I have to bring my mother here twice a year, to get notarizations that she is still alive, and she is always treated with the utmost respect, and made comfortable if we are required to wait. The bank is always spotless, and there are always coffee and treats available.”

“This place is pretty good. Like A hidden gem. I ordered Shrimp fried rice , vegetable egg foo young , and general tso chicken and five wings and fries. Everything was really good but my only complaint is that the shrimp fried rice only had 2 shrimp in it . So Most likely I won't order that again. Overall service is good . The guy on the phone when I called did kind of rush me off the phone. But the good heavily outweighs the bad . I 'll definitely be ordering here many times from now.”

Which was a shame, since besides for the apartment being nice, the staff was so accommodating, and offered so much that I'm sure I would've been very comfortable here. I could tell that they genuinely cared about the residents and tried their best to work with them, which is hard to find. Brittany in particular was extremely helpful- she gave fast and thorough responses to all of my questions, made sure I was aware of all of my options, and offered personal input in narrowing down a place. All especially impressive during this COVID-19 crisis. If you're looking for an affordable apartment in Hampden, I think this is your most reliable bet.”
