Melanie Casey is a company that cares about customer sanctification.Their representatives are quick to answer any questions you have and have great suggestions. They are informative and work hard to deliver your ring(s) with your schedule. My favorite part about buying from Melanie Casey is they are 100% honest when they cannot meet your schedule deadlines, I can't stress enough how important this is to me as a customer buying rings for my wedding! I also can't praise Melanie Casey enough, after ordering my rings they were quick to respond to any more questions I had and inform me of how the process was going. The icing on the cake is that their rings are beautiful and have a wonderful petite look that fits my wife perfectly. Melanie Casey will be receiving my business in the future, they are a top notch jeweler!

They were extremely nice and very responsive and all around good people to work with on making one of the most important (and somewhat stressful) decisions of my life in buying an engagement ring. The people were great, but the highlight of my experience is without a doubt the final product. Melanie created a stunning and unique ring that exceeded all my expectations. My fiancee cannot stop staring at the ring and we have both gotten numerous complements on it. We will be getting her wedding band from Melanie as well and highly recommend her work!

(November 19, 2017, 2:48 pm)I can't recommend this shop highly enough! For one thing, the jewelry is incomparably gorgeous. And for another, the customer service is amazing! I fell in love with one of the rings and spent ages saving up...and then ages longer going back and forth with their customer service representatives asking questions. They were endlessly patient, kind, and helpful, assisting me in choosing a band ,and sizing my rings twice for me. They never gave me the impression they were anything less than overjoyed to be helping me, and they even included a special holiday gift box because I mentioned that I'd seen a photo and liked it! The whole team goes above and beyond at every chance, and I am so SO glad I went to them!

The people at Melanie Casey answered my many (inexperienced/amateur hour) questions promptly and kindly. I was afraid that I waited too long to purchase the ring I was looking at when I saw it go out of stock. However, they knew that I had been looking at the ring and set one aside for me just in case! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the jewelry market, whether you are looking forward toward a wedding or simply shopping for a wonderful gift for someone you care about.
