  Gloucester House for lunch was delicious. We started with the fried clams to share at the table
  followed by a crock of clam chowder. We ordered Lobster rolls we (one of each hot or cold to share). Everything was prepared perfectly and our service was excellent! Sit out on the bench for a water view.

  Went here after spending the day in Rockport, in our way back to Boston. Being later in the evening, they were one of the few restaurants still serving. Food was good, service was as well. Would recommend.

  We visited for a family celebration, and the food (buffet style) was great,. But I have to say, hands down, the staff made the evening all the more special. They were kind and generous to the kids, going above and beyond with offers of kid friendly foods in addition to what was out - our kids are adventurous eaters, but appreciated the simple offer too. Thanks for a great experience.

  My soul sisters and I enjoyed our dinners at the Gloucester House Restaurant. It reminded me of a family owned business; quaint, charming, a bit outdated but lovely nonetheless. The seafood was fresh and tasty. The waitress was very friendly. Overall we had a nice experience here.
