  While the atmosphere was a little odd and the service was touch and go, the food at this Azorean restaurant excellent. We tasted a range of stew like simultaneously paella like dishes, as well as a fish platter. The stew like dishes were the best, and very flavorful and different. Well I wouldn’t come out of your way to come here, if you are in Gloucester it is worth a visit.

  Wonderful food and fabulous service!
  We had the amazing tower of tapas! $39 for 6 wonderful choices! We made the mistake if ordering an entree to share, totally not needed, but really great!

  Excellent place! Everything about this place is great. All the staff was friendly and inviting. The restuarant was beautifully decorated. Very clean inside and out. Hard to choose what to get, there were so many great options to choose from. Ended up getting the butternut squash ravioli and braised beef. The sauce on the ravioli went perfect with it, the chicken in was so tender, didn't even need a knife. The beef was also very tender, and super flavorful. I'm so please with this place. Can't wait to go back again.

  My daughter and I were in Gloucester for a day at the beach and happened upon this place. We were so glad we did! After a horrible experience in another restaurant in town, we were thrilled to be greeted, seated and served in a remarkably short period of time. The restaurant is spotless and modern and the food was delicious. My daughter had the American burger with fries; it was huge and was very tasty. I had the eggplant lasagna and it was the best I've ever had. Our server (sadly did not get her name; she was a tall, young lady with curly blonde hair.) was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We don't have to search for a place to eat anymore when we go to the beach. We will make a beeline for the Azorean.
