Our delivery driver Josh went above and beyond. He was so nice and he made sure everything was absolutely perfect before he left. He really was a life-saver in delivering our equipment.
Josh T provided friendly and exceptional service when delivering my uncles equipment today. He was knowledgeable about all of the equipment and exceeded expectations to make sure we were satisfied.
I needed to have my c-pap mask changed to a different one , and knew ahead of time it was to early to order a new type , I Called into HCS and was able to speak with Ashley Bodenrader, and she was so helpful , if I had a question she wasn’t sure if the answer , she didn’t make something up she got me the answers I needed . She let me know it was to soon for a new mask set up from my insurance but got me the private pay pricing . Emailed me the paper work and even followed up with a call for me to make the needed payment ! I was ready to change companies because I tried to order and was denied from someone else I spoke with , but after Ashley helping me I will continue with their services . She definitely went above and beyond to ensure my needs were taken care of .

Brittany helped me with a issue I had today. She went out of her way to help me. She is a new employee. And she did a great job. She made a followup call to me this afternoon. To reassure me my issue is being fixed. I give Brittany 5 stars.
