Fantastic auto repair. We don't live near Ipswich anymore but still drive cars over to Martels. We have never had a problem with the work they have done. Fair pricing. They work hard to keep our old cars (97 and 04) running well. They value longevity of a car which I love. What else can I say? We trust them.

Since Martel's permanently fixed oil leak in my car for $120 (one that the other car place was charging me $800 every time and it would come back in two weeks), they are my car mechanics of choice. Knowledgeable, efficient and honest. Highly recommend.

Need to add: today they performed 'reconstructive surgery' on exhaust of my 20 year old car. Genuine replacement was not readily available, so they made required portion of exhaust pipe from scratch - little muffler in the middle an all. Less than $130! I'm so impressed! :)

Highly recommend Martels! I have a 2001 Jeep Wrangler that has seen better days and had from issues at the time. I bought a support off of Amazon for both sides, which would slide over the existing frame. I showed the younger gentleman about 5'6" and he was more than happy to weld on the piece from Amazon and descale the existing rust. Long story short, I got both sides done behind the rear tires, and a piñon seal replaced for around $550. When I went to a local shop and they told me that one side would cost me $1,200! All in all, phenomenal detailed oriented work and very reasonable prices! I would recommend Martels to anyone!!! Definitely plan on going back for future repairs.

Can't speak highly enough of Martel's. Family owned and operated, they actually care about their customers. They'll never rip you off or try to foist repairs on you that you don't need, and they always try to save you money. You won't find a better repair shop on the North Shore. Highly recommended.
