I needed some special modifications on the inside to accommodate some top down bottom up shades that I wanted to reuse but because of the window specs and the window being closer to the inside than previously it would mean doing an outside mount which I wasn’t crazy about. BUT! ... he worked some magic and figured out how to make it so I could have an inside mount and I gotta say the shades actually fit better than they did in the old windows. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with this company. Bravo! P.S. the outside looks great too.”
