(May 7, 2018, 3:57 pm)My husband and I stayed at The Quarterdeck Inn for a weekend getaway mid-April, 2018. We stayed in the Neptunes Car room. It was beautiful! The view was breathtaking and the Inn Keeper was knowledgeable and helpful with restaurant and sight seeing suggestions. He was also right there to help if we needed it. The room was exactly as expected thanks to the great description and pics on the website. We knew in advance that we had to go to another location for the continental breakfast; we never did go there for breakfast and that did not bother us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to go back if in the area sgain.

(April 8, 2018, 5:57 pm)Located in a rather quiet residential area, this Inn has breathtaking views of the water. We stayed in the Oriental room on the second floor. There is a small deck to the side of the room, but we didn't make much use of it due to the weather still being a bit cold. A small TV w/ satellite is available in the room (everything shuts down really early in that part MA, so it helps to have something to watch at night). The owner, Randy, is a really likeable and friendly guy and took the time to go over various restaurants and areas of attraction. He doesn't serve breakfast at the Inn but does have arrangements for guests to obtain free and discounted breakfasts elsewhere. Given the cost per night, I would have liked a little more fluff (breakfast on-site and better housekeeping), but I still would recommend staying here for the views and the very friendly host.
