(January 23, 2020, 11:38 am)This morning I had a check engine light that disabled a number of systems on my 2109 Ram Limited. It has been a perfect truck up till now (54,000 miles) I bought the truck at priority but live an hour away and 15 minutes from another dealer. The other dealer's service department did not answer and I left a message. I called Priority and Jason in service offered to see me right away or first thing in the morning. I came in the same day and within 2 hours a simple computer update was completed at no cost to me. Jason was fantastic. Courteous, professional and helpful. 5 hours after calling the local dealer in NH I have still not received a return call... Thank you to Jason and the crew at Priority.

(January 8, 2020, 1:50 pm)Eric Faro was my sales guy and he is THE man to go too and truly made a great experience at priority. there was a few complications and he was always responsive and attentive at all times of the day if needed. i live an hour away and he did everything in his power to make the car buying process as easy as possible. staff were happy and kind too. highly recommend!!!!!!!!10/10 thanks so much eric you were awesome to work with!
