Besides the cycling issues she immediately found more issues with posture, muscle weakness and tightness. She has been a life saver, helping me step by step. Whenever I come in with a list of new symptoms she has an explanation why and a way to help. Whenever I become discouraged she becomes my biggest cheerleader!! Her videos of new exercises/stretches help, as do her explanations of what is going on in my body. Sally is very professional but also so much fun to be with!!
