“I just became a patient of this practice and had my first visit with Dr. Oettenger, she was amazing! She really took the time to listen to what I had to say and was very helpful. The nurse who brought me in was great as well! They also do lab work on site which was very convenient. One of the receptionists helping me was quite rude, however, so I would say the "customer service" aspect was definately lacking. Had it not been for that experience, I would have given it 5 stars, I really enjoyed the medical staff!”
