For instance, this morning/early afternoon I had a relatively unpleasant experience with the pharmacy staff. And I was all ready to write a negative review until I went back later that afternoon and had a truly rare and positive experience. It just proves the point that timing and the staff on duty and many other variables can be the difference between a good and bad experience. When I returned in the afternoon to deal with the mistake made earlier that day, the service was pleasant and efficient. There is no drive-through at this location as it is located in a shopping strip mall.”

“Bought a work van from John and he was great! Not pushy, very friendly.. told me he'd do a couple minor things before I bought it and he did everything he said. About 3 weeks after I bought the van I had a coil go bad, it was under warranty and even though it was an easy fix ( I did it) he sent me a check for the cost of the coil.He really didn't have to do that ..it was cheap. I'd recommend him!”

“Lucas and his crew were very nice, and they did a very good and professional job at replacing our old laminate countertops with new granite countertops and replacing the sink with a new undermounted sink. Despite the cabinets being at least 10 years old and the tops of the cabinets being not level, they did a great job with the fitment of the countertop and ensuring the granite is dead level. Lucas offered ideas that we hadn’t considered such as a soap dispenser and extra overhang on the peninsula. He is very upfront and honest about everything.”

“One of the best Marshalls I have been to in the Boston/Greater Boston area. It’s very well maintained. Everything is in its place, neatly organised, good merchandise. All of this elevates the shopping experience. I found cute stuff for good price here. I’d recommend to inspect the quality though. One of the tops that I bought which was extremely pretty had stitches come off on one side. Had to return it unfortunately.”
