“This morning I had a check engine light that disabled a number of systems on my 2109 Ram Limited. It has been a perfect truck up till now (54,000 miles) I bought the truck at priority but live an hour away and 15 minutes from another dealer. The other dealer's service department did not answer and I left a message. I called Priority and Jason in service offered to see me right away or first thing in the morning. I came in the same day and within 2 hours a simple computer update was completed at no cost to me. Jason was fantastic.
