The person explained clearly that Beverly is a giant receiving hub for the area and that packages arrive there first. This may be good info to know of you live in the area. They deal with and disperse massive quantities of mail, and packages from UPS, Fedex and DHL, to surrounding post offices. With so many stops and trucks and hands between a sender and receiver, the risk for issues naturally increases. In this world of maximizing cost and efficiency, this is what we are gonna have to get used to, unfortunately. We want it NOW, for next to nothing. Logistics is a tough game.”
