“On Monday December 4th I had gone out shopping with my great nephew, and I got a flat tire on Merrimack Street. I spent about 20 minutes trying to get someone to help. And officer Rob Capploa drove by and he turned around and came back to my vehicle. He changed my tire for me. He was such a nice person. Very pleasant and helpful. He even took a few minutes to talk to my 4 year old great nephew, who loves Police and their cars. Firemen as well. I want to thank officer Rob Coppola again. He was our angel on Monday afternoon.”
