I thought I was happy with my regular vet of 6+ years until today when my dog had a small emergency. I was not happy with the way I was treated over the phone when I called. (Maybe new staff). Ipswich Animal Care was so caring and took my dog in as a new client. I am so happy I made the choice to change. Dr. Cook was amazing with my dog and the staff was so nice and took care of everything. My dog will be fine. ????”
