(April 3, 2019, 5:30 pm)Omnipod is many worlds away from the previous Pump Co. I used. Customers come First. When I Have to call re: an alert or failure of my pump, Omnipod Replaces the pod! Previous PUMP Companies want MONEY to replace THIER own mistakes! Insulet TAKES CARE of their customers!
(February 2, 2019, 11:19 am)When are you going to make the pods and the adhesive backing in flesh tones??!!!! I love my pod but it’s uncomfortable when I take a shower at the gym or swim at the beach and people stare at it. Please create a flesh tone sample sheet so people of all skin tones can choose the tone they are most comfortable wit. I think this would increase sales and users more at ease. Please send out a survey to this effect and see what responses you get. I’ll bet you’d be surprised!! Thanks Doug R. South Carolina
(December 20, 2018, 8:35 pm)Customer service is top notch! Never had a problem. When I first applied for my Omnipod, they kept in constant contact so I knew what was happening with my request. Great company to deal with.
