My broker Wasim Nagpuria produced a competitive market analysis (CMA) for any property I was interested in, which simplified quantifying the offers. Wasim in particular is a great negotiator and was even able to negotiate for seller to throw in a 75" TV as a gift in return for my strong offer! Also, he was very transparent with every aspect of the process and willing to spend time educating a new home buyer like myself. Green Star also was very effective at communicating with all parties (seller broker, bank, attorneys) and keeping me in the loop. In addition, he taught me the inside and out of various offer strategies including obscure ones like "escalation". Green Star also used latest technology to speed up the process of signing and presenting my offers which is key in a tight market.
