  I have been attending classes at Xtend Barre for a little over five months and it has been an amazing experience! From the first time that I walked into the studio up until now, I have been constantly seeing positive changes mentally and physically thanks to the wonderful staff and welcoming environment. I am now stronger than I have ever been before and have finally found a workout that works for me! Before taking barre, I would dread exercising, but now I couldn’t be more excited to go to class and challenge my self more and more each time. I have so much gratitude for Xtend and I am so thankful that they helped shape me into the person I am now!

  I love Xtend Barre Burlington. My coworker dragged me here one Saturday and now I'm addicted. I love the staff and everyone that comes to the classes. Everyone is so nice, helpful, and encouraging. It's a great environment. It's so hard at first but you have to keep going back. It's amazing how strong you get in just a few classes. I feel better than I have in a long time and look forward to every class I attend! I even sucked in another coworker!

  Loved how structured the class was and how they made the time to focus on each muscle group. Everything can be modified or brought to be more challenging which makes it a great fit, I particularly liked it so much because of how much they take from ballet. Dancers you would appreciate!

  I'm trying different studios thanks to a service I signed up for. Xtend Barre is an awesome studio. I've been here once and had Lauren as an instructor! She made sure I felt extremely welcome and helped me to get set up for class. Barre is definitely a tough workout. And she shared that all Barre studios do things a bit differently. I'd say that this studio is much more dance. Thank you, Lauren, for the kind welcome!

  I have been a member of Xtend Barre Burlington for a little over a year. I was very out of shape and intimidated to walk in for my first class. All of those insecurities quickly went away after meeting owner, Christina, her amazing instructors, and the Xtend clients. This workout is like none other. It truly gives your body the shape you want. Each class is unique which makes it impossible for your body to plateau. I have never loved exercising until finding barre. The instructors are so knowledgeable and even tailor their classes to help you achieve your goals. I have dropped 75 pounds and am getting closer to my goal every day! I don’t think I could have done it without Xtend. Christina makes you feel like family and will go out of her way to make sure you are happy. Xtend Barre is worth every penny. Try it today!
