“I have to give these guys credit. If I need something right away that other stores closer to me do not stock this is my goto store. The framing hammer pictured below is just one of the things I needed and could not get at others stores unless I ordered it. There's two advantages to finding this in stock at Lowes; one I got it within a half hour and two I was able to get the veterans discount (not available on shipping orders in other stores). Thank you Lowes. I agree with some of the other reviews that its hard to find someone to help once you're in the store; otherwise Id give them a five star.”

“Mary at Panera in Hudson Mass was so fun on the phone for my catering order. I felt like I was talking to a good friend! I could hear her smile through the phone. It was my first time ordering a caterer there but we have been devoted panera fans for decades. She was able to navigate my budget and give me different options considering gluten free, kids menus, tipping, delivery, and what was seasonal along with considering the theme of the venue. Thank you Mary! This review is long over due but I promised to let her service and laughter over the phone with me be heard. The packaging is superb. The soups and pasta stayed warm hours after the outdoor party was over. The packaging is good quality. Everyone enjoyed their meals.
