(March 2, 2019, 10:57 am)Amazing experience with their sensory deprivation tank. Very clean facility with friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk was very informative and helpful. I highly recommend this type of therapy for not only general wellness, but especially for those trying to help quiet their minds and step up their meditation game. If you haven’t done it before, it’s going to take a couple sessions to really get the full benefit. The tanks feature lights and very gentle music that you can turn off and on, as well as an intercom in case you need assistance while inside the tank. Shower stall, towels, ear plugs, and a bathrobe included. Thank you Frost and Float!
(February 7, 2019, 6:55 pm)Did a first time freeze, and the guy working there gave a great breakdown of each service they offer and the benefits of each. Doing the cryo treatment was nerve wrecking and very VERY cold, but the "cold playlist" kept it fun and was a nice distraction to the bursts of cold air. Immediately after getting out my body felt amazing and stayed that way for hours. Would definitely recommend trying this service out if you suffer from any sore or inflamed muscles/joints. Can't wait to go back and try the float next!

(November 29, 2018, 4:34 pm)Loved this! Staff was really friendly and patient with a newbie floater. It took a while to really hit my groove, but once I did it was magical. My back realigned with a loud pop, and I felt so much better. The muscles in my back FINALLY relaxed. I felt so... Zen. the water was a perfect temperature, and they have really nice soap and shampoo to use for the shower. I look forward to booking my next appointment.
