- Very quick application process. I was able to tour/apply/move in in > 1 week.
- Property manager was receptive to concerns about fellow tenants. She took commensurate action in a timely manner.
- Reasonably priced rentals.
- Property manager worked with/around personal circumstances.
Cons:
- Maintenance could be better. Some of it was likely a byproduct of understaffing. However, the remaining shortcomings were the result of maintenance personnel simply not following up on unfinished work.

After all that stress I was going through I have never had someone be so helpful in my situation. Thank you so much. Totally Recommend them. Thanks again for you assistance :)
